On 3/10/26 After needing a AAA tow, Great job in every way! The Koons Ford FC service department is totally different now. My 2015 is back on the road! Will Smith is a really good advisor. Got the most out of that 11 yo water pump😃. Back again on 5/19/26 for a transmission fluid replacement. Wish they would invite me into the bay to show me or at least take a pic of the old fluid instead of just telling me about it being dirty.

Didn’t end up purchasing here, but Kevin was very friendly and helpful getting us something we liked.

Faizan is a great sales manager. He went out of the way and gave us his professional advise and offered extra services to protect our vehicle investment. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and display utmost respect for the customers needs and recommends service that add value. I would recommend to anyone to go speak with him and seek advice when buying new or used vehicle. We ended up saving a lot and bought a Lexus (used) but at a great price and condition.
