My Chevrolet Cruze would just stop running while driving to work on 95 North. I had it towed to Koons Chevrolet. Had no idea what or, why it would just stop running randomly. The super mechanic Al Potts dove into diagnosing the problem. Up and running better than ever. Al Potts deserves a big fat raise!

Had a great buying experience at Koons Toyota Tysons. Adil was our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was quick to respond any time we had questions via email and phone. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and made sure we knew about the vehicles features upon delivery. The experience with finance was also great, Chris was very helpful and gave great recommendations on warranty, maintenance and tire packages. Wow! I have bought six Toyotas in the past 15 years and this was my first experience with Koons. I knew as soon as I met Koons Toyota Tysons Sales Consultant Ibaa Abdul Khalek that I was going to be buying a car from her. Her knowledge of the Toyota range of vehicles is excellent and her customer service skills are superb. Ibaa anticipated questions I might have and provided clear and transparent information. The process was extremely low-key and pressure-free, which made for a very enjoyable experience. We had a great experience buying a used car at this location from start to finish. First, the listed price online didn't hide anything so we knew exactly what we wanted before walking in. Second, our salesman Have was easily the most personable and easygoing salesman I've dealt with in a while. He was not pushy about trying to get us something more than what we came for, he made the buying process easy, went about and beyond to accommodate us, and we felt prioritized by him all the way up to driving the car off the lot. Thirdly, financing. While usually the most tedious and not so well liked process, we didn't mind it in the end. They matched my pre-qualified rate and length and found a good warranty package that kept is within the kind of payments we wanted. Overall great experience. Great selection of cars. Great people there.
