On 3/10/26 After needing a AAA tow, Great job in every way! The Koons Ford FC service department is totally different now. My 2015 is back on the road! Will Smith is a really good advisor. Got the most out of that 11 yo water pump😃. Back again on 5/19/26 for a transmission fluid replacement. Wish they would invite me into the bay to show me or at least take a pic of the old fluid instead of just telling me about it being dirty.

My maintenance experience was great and very fast. My advisor Nataly was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful and my salesperson named Nazish really helped me with my new car and the finance person was great also. Overall wonderful experience with everyone.

Alberto, my service advisor scheduled my wife's Bronco for an antenna replacement, he sent a valet to pickup and return the vehicle to my home. The time it took from pickup and return for completed maintenance was four hours. We had an amazing experience here and highly recommend them. We have known Rami since 2015, and he has always been professional, honest, and helpful. He was amazing at helping us get the exact car we wanted and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Luis, the finance manager, was also great. He really knows exactly what you need for your car and explained everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. The only small thing I would mention is that the iPad was giving us a hard time during the process and should probably be changed or updated. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great service, great people, and definitely a five-star experience.
