I had another AMAZING experience with Koons Ford’s service department getting my son’s Bronco repaired and namely their great service advisor Kevin Beasley who is very professional yet still extremely courteous. Kevin is very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly which REALLY helps alleviate stress!
