Had a good experience working with Chance and Vinny at Koons Toyota Tysons. Chance was laid-back, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. Vinny worked with us to get a deal we were happy with. There was a miscommunication between the Service and Sales departments regarding an open Toyota Service Campaign on the vehicle — something we only discovered after purchase. Chance and Vinny stepped up, got the work scheduled, and sent us the Toyota pre-owned certification once it was completed. Overall a solid experience despite a few hiccups along the way. Would recommend asking for Chance specifically.

We recently purchased a nice 2023 Acura MDX from this dealership and after purchase, we noticed a windshiled chip/crack- but not until after the final sale. Vinnie, the sales manager along with Jabr helped to rectify the issue and offered to get it fixed at the dealer's cost. Great service and help from these two gentlemen.
