Koons Ford in Woodbridge is definitely worthy of this 5 star rating. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences since purchasing a 2024 Ford Bronco for my son in college. He needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth in college ofc . He has put many miles on his Bronco and Koons Ford has kept it serviced and running. There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. It’s always seamless KEVIN BEASLEY is hands down the best Ford service advisor I’ve ever had. Although members of my family worked/work for Ford I hadn’t purchased one since 2012. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word.
