★★★★★I was fortunate that Ahmad Alquzza picked up the phone when I initially called for a used 2024 Toyota Prius. There was also a competing Prius at another dealership much closer to my house, but Amad was pleasant on the phone, and I decided to pay Koons Toyota Vienna visit. First, I was amazed at how spacious and clean the used showroom is. It was very impressive. When Ahmad greeted him, he was very personal and accommodating. He arranged for me to see the 2024 prius on a lift as requested and offered me something to drink. Ultimately, I passed on the 2024 Prius, and I bought a new 2026 Prius. Ahmad helped me through the entire process and was very attentive and personal and he makes you feel as though he is happy to help and that nothing is a bother. He went over the cars function thoroughly during the test drive. I felt very comfortable with him, hence I bought the new car and didn't bother to check out the other prius as I had planned. In fact, everyone seemed to be very nice and professional there. I also want to give a shout out to Vinny (manager used car showroom), Vinny Choi (sales manager) and Mike (warranty)....all were very personal and professional. I will purchase my next car from them or if I ever decide to sell the Prius (which I love) I will sell it back to them. Overall, a great experience for buying a car, as I know having a bad one can ruin your day. Give them a chance if you are thinking of buying a car. Caden
