I had a positive experience purchasing my new RAV4. Adil Zaman was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. He answered my questions, kept me informed, and made the purchase straightforward and efficient. The only downside was that there was essentially no room for price negotiation, but I understand that the high demand for the RAV4 limits dealer flexibility. While I would have appreciated some movement on price, I never felt pressured, and the overall buying experience remained pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a Toyota and appreciate the professionalism of the sales team.
