Koons Ford is a great place to buy a Bronco. The sales guy was super knowledgeable. The part where you have sit with the finance guy to actually sign all the paperwork was so much better than experiences at other dealers. I would definitely return to Koons Ford.

We recently purchased a Toyota Rav 4 plug in hybrid from Koons Toyota Tysons. Our salesman was Adil Zaman. From start to finish the process was smooth. We changed our mind on which car to purchase partway through the process. Adil and his team didn’t miss a beat. Adil explained the options at each stage and kept us up to date. The other staff we worked with were equally helpful. In fact, we had occasion to meet with the business manager, Azmi Sabah. He was informative and helpful in explaining the process. We love our new car and appreciate the assistance of Koons Toyota Tysons in getting it for us.

We recently purchased a new 2026 Grand Highlander from Koons Tysons Corner. It was a pleasant experience and could not thank our salesperson Jack Rashid enough for making the transaction go smoothly and stress free. He was quite knowledgeable about the buying process, paperwork, and new car features and guided us along. He even helped get our credit report unlocked (would have preferred doing this in a private room however). They said what they were going to do and did what they said they would do. Wish all car buying experiences were like this.

There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. It’s always seamless KEVIN BEASLEY is hands down the best Ford service advisor I’ve ever had. Although members of my family worked/work for Ford I hadn’t purchased one since 2012. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word.
