Koons Ford is a great place to buy a Bronco. The sales guy was super knowledgeable. The part where you have sit with the finance guy to actually sign all the paperwork was so much better than experiences at other dealers. I would definitely return to Koons Ford.

Ibaa was a lovely salesperson to deal with. We met with her several times and each time she was patient and kind, and did her best to accommodate our wants and needs. I appreciate when salespeople are genuine and not annoying, and she has a great smile! Michael Ko also made purchasing easy. He was very helpful and friendly.

Muhammad Khan is a super star! My husband called to see if a Toyota Camry was on the lot and Muhammad took the time to check and hold the keys for us until we arrived. He was very responsive on the phone and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the process every step of the way and we are very pleased with his service and the service of Koons Tysons Toyota. They were very efficient and caring of our needs.
