I been 10 different dealerships and deal so so many sale and financial managers. I was about give up. I walked in Koons Tyson . I was not expecting purchase a vehicle that night. Chance Fisher he was pretty cool and was not give me BS .running around selling car. And i actually close the deal w him same night! Good job Chance and Sam in finance department! However when I notice that there wheel lock on tires are missing. When I takes my car to state inspection in MD. Off course they need the wheel lock. I call back dealer spoke sale manager. He was not very pleasant to talk and deal w .At the end he hang up and I find that was unprofessional! I spoke back my sale man he claim that they will send me a check $216.89 by next week. We will see. So I will wait and see if they their words.

Fantastic they had the car i wanted at a great price and my awesome salesman Claude Bukasa for his outstanding work and customer satisfaction he and his management team are the best step by step even when my car had a few issues being that it was a used vehicle they took care me 100% and that is a great 👍 value to customer service 😀 thank you Sterling ford.
