Above all others !this will be my 6th car it total financed.first person I went to was jimmy the boxer bc they swear by trade ins ,getting more than their worth,n doing any deal..let me tell you,they lie and tryed to scam me!26k for a Nissan Sentra with 76k on it(not including interest)it was crazy.i went in to koons,first time ever.tiffany took me in told me no games tell me what you want,we wanted A newer subcompact,low miles.4 hours latter were off the lot in a Hyundai venue 9k mile on the dash under kbb,very little down,out my last vehicle paid off!I'm talking about start to finish they got it done.frendly,great finance.there will never be another first or second choice .koons kia of Owings Mills gets my business bc they get it

This is the second car I buy at Koons Arlington and every time I am greeted with professionalism. This time around Dan was our sales representative and he went above and beyond to helping me find a car for my wife. Dan took the time to record a personalized video of him showing us the car. I have bought several cars but no one has gone to that level of great customer service. From receiving a video from Dan to walking out with the new car it was a pleasant experience. Sold my 2019 Volvo S60 to Koons Buys Cars. Naim Bryant matched an existing offer I had, and offered to buy it immediately. He was professional and courteous, answered all my questions and concerns, and allowed me to keep the car until the check cleared the bank which I did. Gina from Koons came by after the check cleared and picked up the car from my house. I felt comfortable with Naim and the fact that I didnt have to drive the car to Koons, reduced my anxieties further.

Toyota Easton arranged to pick up my car from my house for routine maintenance at no charge. They called me after going over my car to confirm what maintenance was required to get permission to proceed. Car was returned that afternoon. Alex Hernandez made sure the service was exceptional. He got me in as quickly as possible. I had new tires on my vehicle in less than two hours from when I called to when the service was complete. They found a leak with an additional tire, other than the one that had a screw, and submitted the warranty claim and had that tire replaced quickly also.
