Koons Ford is a great place to buy a Bronco. The sales guy was super knowledgeable. The part where you have sit with the finance guy to actually sign all the paperwork was so much better than experiences at other dealers. I would definitely return to Koons Ford.

Koons Ford in Woodbridge is definitely worthy of this 5 star rating. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences since purchasing a 2024 Ford Bronco for my son in college. He needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth in college ofc . He has put many miles on his Bronco and Koons Ford has kept it serviced and running. There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. It’s always seamless KEVIN BEASLEY is hands down the best Ford service advisor I’ve ever had. Although members of my family worked/work for Ford I hadn’t purchased one since 2012. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word. The entire staff is welcoming and the follow up by Mr.Beasley is always sincere and helpful. I highly recommend Koons Ford for your vehicle purchase and service.

I learned that I would be living in the U.S. on an overseas assignment and wanted to get a car so I could explore and travel to many different places. One of the things that attracted me to Koons was the maintenance package and the support they provide even after the purchase. Since I don’t have much knowledge about cars, knowing that they could help take care of things like oil changes and tire maintenance gave me great peace of mind. I purchased a used car, but it was in such excellent condition that it felt almost brand new. I was very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. Most of all, I really appreciated the hospitality of everyone on the sales team. Thank you so much for giving me such a great deal! I was also touched by the kind words, “I hope this car brings you many good memories while you’re in the USA.” It made the whole experience even more special. A huge shout-out to Mr. Vinny Choi, who took amazing care of me throughout the entire deal. Vinny has visited Tokyo several times, so naturally, somewhere between talking about cars, we ended up having great conversations about Japanese food… and, of course, K-POP! 😂 From beginning to end, Vinny was incredibly patient and somehow managed to accommodate all of my many (and sometimes shameless 😅) requests. Thank you, Vinny, for putting up with me and making everything happen! And to any Japanese people moving to the DC area: buying a car in the U.S. can feel a little intimidating, especially when you’ve just arrived from Japan, but you’re in good hands here.
