Crown BMW Midlothian

Service was performed quickly and met expectations

Was very satisfied with my experience. This is the second pre-owned car I've purchased from Richmond BMW Midlothian this year. Alex Utz, Ellis Hill, Balaji Rajamohan and Anneliese Bull were all very helpful and accommodating. Would work with them again.

Staff greeted me immediately, were helpful and pleasant.

The whole team was awesome and the sales team was amazing and understood on to service a customer and provided outstanding customer service and support.

We were very happy with our experience. All of our questions were answered. The vehicle was prepared as agreed on. We feel the experience was better than any we've ever had. From the General Manager to Salesman and Financing. All were very Friendly, Helpful and Appreciative of our Purchase. Kudos to ownership for putting together a Great team. You will have to work to find a better experience

Very nice and thorough service department agent. Quick service. Nice waiting room.
