Great customer service! We purchased a used car for a teenager and had transmission issues several weeks later. We were within the 30-day warranty period, so Koons Toyota sent a tow truck to pickup the vehicle at our home and replaced the transmission in the car at no cost. The dealership honored their warranty and made the experience as simple as possible for our family.
