My wife and I worked with Josann Edwards to get our 2026 RAV4 Limited. We were first going to get a 2025, but last minute changed our minds and decided to wait for the 2026. Jo was very patient with our indecision and a pleasure to work with. We actually had a deposit on a 2025 and she kept us informed of its build and delivery status right up until we decided to wait on a 2026. Again, she was very patient and kept us informed along the build and delivery process. Closing was pretty painless. The finance process (not with Jo, as she handles the sales side) was a bit slow, but thorough and complete. All. In all, was a very positive experience.
