I scheduled my service because my oil life expectancy had gotten low. I was also approaching 36000 miles when a regular service would be due. Scheduling my service was quick and easy online. I had many day and time options available. When I arrived, I was greeted and attended to immediately. In addition to changing my oil and checking off a long list of possible service items, I was informed that my battery was defective. I had recently experienced a couple of starting issues but hadn't attributed it to a bad battery. I also had them install a new battery. My original battery was 5 years old. The entire servicing took about 90 minutes while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. Since I was still under my original service contract, my only charge was for the new battery. Koons Chevrolet GMC Clarksville service is quick, friendly, efficient, expert, and a great value. I recommend them highly.

Scott was a great help. As soon as we park in the parking lot, He came out and greet us right away. Within 2 hours we drove away with a brand new 2026 Traverse. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends.
