I traveled from Michigan all the way to Koons to purchase a 2022 F150 Lightning, and it was worth every mile. Having purchased a vehicle from a distance before at a different dealer, I'm aware of how nerve-wracking and frustrating the buying process can be. This time was completely different. I had the pleasure to work with Javon at Koons and he handled the entire process perfectly. He sent me a detailed video of the truck beforehand and answered all my questions about price, features, condition, etc. very quickly over the phone. When I finally arrived, the car was exactly as he described it. Honest pricing, no games, and the smoothest purchase experience I’ve ever had. My recent experience at Koons was excellent. I called on a Thursday morning regarding my check engine light coming on. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Anisha went above and beyond with having the issue addressed and fixed and was on my way back home by 10:30am. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. She is an exceptional asset to the Koons team.
