★★★★★Edit: I'm editing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I was finally able to get my car taken care of. Once I got in contact with Tom Powell, the general sales manager, he was able to quickly schedule me for a time to get my car fixed. The communication could be better and more efficient, but I'm happy they were able to remedy the situation for me. If you like poor customer service, buy your car from this dealership. Otherwise, stay far far away. I purchased a vehicle that had rust on the rear passenger door, and I was told by the salesperson that it would be covered under the rust protection warranty. I was later told by another dealership, because this dealership does not have a body shop, that it would not be covered. I did not think to ask for anything in writing when purchasing the vehicle, because I was 100% assured it would be covered under the warranty, and now the person who sold me the car no longer works there. I have made multiple calls in order to speak with someone and see if there is anything to be done. First I was told I would get a call back from the sales manager. After 4 separate calls, I was able to get ahold of them. I was then told by the sales manager I would get a call from the business manager. I have called back twice now with no such luck. The process of purchasing my car was otherwise smooth and painless, so I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated to see that this is ultimately how they treat their customers.
