Overall, a very good experience. I love my car, and staying till 1:00 a.m. was worth it in the end. They were busy and the staff was kind and helpful. One thing that slowed us down was the paper with the price plus fees and taxes minus rebate and taxes. It was very confusing to us as well as 4 Koons staff who tried to explain it to us and also thought it must be wrong. I think it was the fifth person who was able to explain it. Anyway, I was happy with the final price, low monthly payments, and the follow up care we have received. I’d definitely shop here again!
