Had a smooth experience purchasing my 2026 Bronco from Koons working with RC. Fair price and they included some accessories I had wanted. Pleased with the vehicle and the transaction.

I needed a new -used car as my old car had over 200 k miles on it. I searched the internet and found what I was looking for at Koons. I previously went to another dealer and found the sales person very pleasant but the sales manager was too high pressure and condescending. I immediately drove to Koons and met RC. We test drove the car, he answered my questions, and was so helpful and honest with me. I bought the car and Love it!!! Bought the warranty from Fonse and again, no high pressure. He explained everything so well! Thrilled to work with these guys, usually car shopping is worse than having a root canal!!! Not here!!!!!

My whole buying experience can be summed up to one word: Excellent. This definitely was not a typical dealership experience and I mean that in a 100% positive way. I found my car online through CarGurus and called the dealership to confirm that they still had it. I met Claude who was my salesperson for this purchase. Claude I think really made the experience for me. Claude was genuinely a great person all around not pushy and definitely felt like he had my best interest in mind throughout the process definitely not a typical sales person at all which was great. Communication was just excellent throughout as well. Throughout this whole experience everything just flowed very well and nothing felt rushed or pushed which is vastly different than most car buying experiences. No hidden fees or surprise numbers added to the purchase, no pushy additional warranty. Did they offer additional warranties? Yes but they didn't try to force it on me which I really appreciated more. It was just the ideal buying experience I can't really think of anything they could have done better which again, that's not a typical buying experience. These guys were great. I flew out to pick up my car and drove it back with zero regrets. Was the road trip worth it? 100% Would I recommend Koons Sterling Ford to anyone? I already have. Solid 10/10 Experience Honestly the whole experience was just smooth and great I can't recommend them any more highly to anyone looking for a new Ford.
