I just want to take a minute and thank Nate, Big Mike, and Matt from the Service department. I have been a loyal customer of Koons Sterling Ford since 2011. I bought an Explorer my wife bought an Edge, then i bought a F150 and my Dad bought an F150. My F150 is 10 years old with 190,000 miles on it. I do my best to keep it maintained and do all my service with the service department at Koons Sterling Ford. I was trying to decide to keep it, or trade it in, I decided to keep it and They Recently did the Timing Chain, Phasers, spark plugs, belts, water pump, coil packs, thermostat, throttle body, not to mention it recently got new shocks, new lead frame for the transmission. The truck is running great! It feels like its brand new. no harsh idle, and the fuel economy has increased greatly. The service department always has done good work with my truck and those guys always take care of me as well as some of the other technicians that I cannot remember their names. These guys know me and my wife and always are so nice to just talk to and hang out with while getting my vehicles serviced at Koons. Nate is awesome, Big Mike has been great to me over the years and Matt always works on my truck and does an awesome job. These guys always do great.

Contacted Koons via Autotrader and got a QUICK reply from Matt Amani. Was a GREAT experience, honestly. Typically going through a typical dealer is a rough and time consuming process but Matt made it go absolutely perfectly. Friendly, attentive, and with great attention to detail. Got the car prepared for my arrival the next morning, was ready for the test drive and answering questions and the deal was done. Then, while waiting, I got visited by Raychelle Brooks, a client relationship manger, who got me hooked up with all of the information and services available and made sure the process was going well. She was great! Then, I get with Ashley Smith in finance and her portion was quick, accurate, VERY well explained, and ultra simple. This Koons location has it all figured out.
