So far so good, let's see how it ends up. Communication and transparency was 100%

Took my car in for service. Took longer than planned but they kept me up to date. The waiting room is OK, somewhat bare and the charging station wasn't working. Coffee and tea station was nice. Chairs were not very comfortable but in good shape. The employees were very nice.

I just purchased an exceptionally well-maintained and mint condition vehicle. Enayatullah, my sales rep, welcomed me in when I stopped in on a whim to look at a different vehicle and introduced me to this one. Not only was he incredibly communicative throughout the process, but over the course of a week of me thinking about what was best while traveling, he was a real advocate in the process—which was not what I excepted in buying a car. I got an incredible deal on my trade in, a slamming deal on the reduced list price, and even got a few new book recommendations during my multiple test drives where Enayat really cared that I listened to the car and fully tested all functions. Koons Chevy had great selection of vehicles, relatively motivated-to-sell dealership, fantastic sales rep and team. Thank you, Enayat! Highly recommend folks request him if you want someone who is trying to help you get the best car for you and the best deal.

Koon's is fantastic! I was impressed with them over 2 years ago when they graciously handled a small matter with my Buick (at no charge!) on a snowy Saturday right as the Service Center was closing. I've never taken my car anywhere else since -- they have repeatedly provided superior service to my car and they probably have the best face-to-face CS department you could ever hope for.
