I love this dealership. The experience here is always friendly, personable and top notch. It also has better prices than mega dealerships. The staff is happy and engaged and helpful, great place that I trust.

I left the keys to my Rav 4 inside the car in my pool bag when I stopped at the Dollar Store to pickup a birthday card. Koons Toyota Parts Department came to my rescue. They were able to create a new door key like the one inside my key fob within 30 minutes. It worked and I was able to drive my car back home. THANK YOU to the PARTS DEPARTMENT for reducing my stress and making it possible for me to get inside my car and drive home. Caring staff makes very happy customers! You were truly awesome and I just can't praise you enough❣️ You get a standing ovation and a hallelujah 😘

I'm finally home in Texas with my new Toyota Sienna from Koons Westminster, with big thanks to Katie and Justin. You read that correctly. Why did I buy the car 1500 miles away? Well, we found a configuration we liked in Texas, but unfortunately, our local dealership was less than pleasant, taking 3+ days to get responses and being inflexible on price. I looked at the allocation sheets and found 3 other dealers that had the Sienna we wanted, including Koons. Koons was the only dealership that didn't make me talk to an AI, and my e-mail/text questions to Justin and Katie were answered in real time. We started talking at 8 AM and had the deal done by lunch, at a great price. The van got dropped off at Koons a few days later, and I headed to the airport ticket counter for a one-way ticket to BWI. Katie prepped most of the paperwork over e-mail while I was on the plane, so by the time I arrived, it was a short conversation with Jeremy (finance manager, who was very honest about which additional services were worthwhile vs not), and within an hour, I was pointed southwest with $50 of snacks from Sheetz. It can be tough to find a dealership that can hit the trifecta of good prices, fast service, and no pressuring sales tactics (maybe superfecta if we add in "no AI agents"), so I'm grateful I found the car at Koons and the team got this banged out in record time.

I had a great experience at Koons Toyota Westminster purchasing a 2026 Toyota Corolla Hatchback for my wife. My salesman, Will, was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure all our questions were answered and helped us find the perfect car without any pressure. The dealership was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. My wife is extremely happy with her new car, and I truly appreciate how smooth and hassle-free the whole experience was. I had a great time buying a used car from Jeremy Bittler at Koons Toyota Westminster!! Jeremy was friendly, super knowledgeable about the vehicle (even though it was a used Honda!), and incredibly easy to work with! I feel like I got a great deal, and am loving my new car so far!! I met Craig in the used car lot by chance after a poor experience at Westminster Honda. He was kind enough to show me the car he was pulling for a customer since I liked it, gave me his card, and said he would love to work with me when I was ready. I explained to him that I was very indecisive and he listened to that and was not pushy at all. He was prompt to respond when I had questions about cars on the lot and let me move at my own pace during the car buying process. After meeting Craig once I knew I wanted to give him my business even though the entire staff had been nothing but pleasant and kind when I would peak around the lot. I again I stopped by on a whim to check out the cars and another kind salesman offered his help and informed me that Craig was at work. I texted Craig that I wanted to test drive the VW Atlas and he called me immediately and made the time to allow me to test drive it. He was nothing but kind to my mother and grandmother. Westminster Toyata has a beautiful used car lot and Craig didn’t have to do much to sell me the car. I fell in love immediately! Unlike others Craig understood when we needed to leave and get to evening plans. He gave me all the information and wasn’t pushy at all. The next day my mom and I came back. Once again it was a pain-free and lovely experience. Craig communicated he had to juggle us with other customers. Explained everything clearly. The price for the car and the quality of the car was unmatched. I checked the market for the same car and couldn’t find the same deal anywhere. Aishah and Cecil from the finance department are the dream team! The best duo and so kind and helpful. They both throughly explained everything to me, had integrity when a number looked slightly off, and helped me get the perfect warranty package. They made the “worst” part of the buying process fun. Craig, Cecil, and Aishah made buying my car such a rememberable experience. I would and will happily give them my business again. Highly recommend!
