We originally looked at a Buick Envista, but after checking safety reviews, we decided on something a bit bigger and ended up with a 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation. Omar in Sales was patient and attentive, and David, the General Sales Manager, presented an offer that made the Terrain too good to pass up — GM was never even on our radar. Maks in Finance handled the paperwork professionally. It took a little longer since he was the only one working that day, but he made sure everything was done right. Abe, the GM, even came over to introduce himself and chat, which was a nice personal touch. From the test drive to shaking hands on the deal, the whole process was smooth, positive, and enjoyable. We’re thrilled with our new Terrain and highly recommend this dealership!

Buying a car is always a challenge but working w/Mustafa Rasoul Koons Woodbridge at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC made the process a smooth operation. Mustafa went out of his way to locate the car; he painstakingly explained the details & understood price matters before we ever got to finance. Better yet, after it was all over, he tracked down an item we needed, arranged for our car to be detailed for a minor blemish on the bumper, AND identified (plus fixed) a nail in the tire we picked up between leaving the dealership & coming back 3 days later. That kind of effort goes a long way. My only complaint, a full tank of gas should come with any car, even if it's used 😉
