Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC

Rahim and Jabran were amazing in helping us. Jay finance manager was really busy. Frustrated over "It will only be a few minutes! " over and over

Jay was amazing! They did very good with working with me and working with military members

Went in for services on my 2014. While waiting my wife went to look at some of the used Pickup Trucks on the lot. Jean came out and ask if she could help us. She asked if we'd like to view the inside. She came back with the keys. The 1st PU was to tall with no step bar, so that wasn't the one. However the 2020 Silverado 1500 was the key. I wasn't looking to buy, but the wife gave me the Green light and I'm now the proud owner of that 1500. Jean was very professional and very personable. She wasn't pushy and was willing to work with us on some of the issues/concerns we had

Daniel the Salesman was great, informative, and worked expeditiously to get me a great deal. Thank you Daniel. Highly recommend.

Much kindness

Very friendly. Not pushy at all with service recommendations. Streamlined, modern technology experience for reviewing/approving services. I like that they sent me a full diagnostic sheet plus a video of what they saw when reviewing the vehicle. Visual proof was great. I really like working with this dealership!
