Koons Ford in Woodbridge is definitely worthy of this 5 star rating. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences since purchasing a 2024 Ford Bronco for my son in college. He needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth in college ofc . He has put many miles on his Bronco and Koons Ford has kept it serviced and running. There have been minor issues here and there and Koons has always taken care of them promptly, professionally and thoroughly explained the process. It’s always seamless KEVIN BEASLEY is hands down the best Ford service advisor I’ve ever had. Although members of my family worked/work for Ford I hadn’t purchased one since 2012. Mr.Beasley restored my faith in the brand. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and keeps his word. This was an overall 10/10 experience, highly recommended for anyone in search of a vehicle. I had recently got into an accident and was in dire search for a new car, and found a car at this dealership during the last portion of my search. It was a very tight window and getting late in the evening, but I made a call to the dealership about the perfect car I had found. Problem was that I was 2.5 hours away and I would get there last closing time. That was no problem for Omar and the Koons team. They stayed open for me all the way until I got there, last closing time mind you, gave me great details about 2 cars, hooked me up, and I drove back home in my new car. Very accommodating, understanding, friendly, helpful, smooth, and easy process from Omar and the Koons team!
