**Review: Disappointed in My First Mercedes-Benz Purchase Experience** I recently purchased my first Mercedes-Benz, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what I expected from a luxury brand. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and at times frustrating. I often had to chase down basic information that should have been proactively shared—especially disappointing given the significance of this purchase. My interaction with Zachary Smith was particularly poor. I felt disregarded and undervalued, having to initiate conversations that should have come from the dealership. It’s hard to overstate how disheartening that is when you're investing in a premium vehicle. Out of frustration, I asked a male friend to call on my behalf, and he immediately received answers and results. Only then did I get the information I’d been asking for. No woman should have to rely on a man to get clarity on her own purchase. That said, there were a few bright spots. Ahmer was patient, thorough, and professional throughout. Dave in Finance was a breath of fresh air—his personality and clarity made the final steps feel smooth and respectful. And Tommy Omar stepped in when it mattered and proved to be a man of his word, which I genuinely appreciated (only reason i am giving a 4 star review). Still, this was my first Mercedes purchase, and I’ll never get a second chance at that moment. I expected more—more care, more professionalism, and more of the luxury experience Mercedes-Benz is known for. Sadly, I left feeling disappointed.
