I want to share my experience and gratitude to Frank Sorensen, the manager of Midlothian BMW. Frank helped me purchase my x5 hybrid. He had the car draped in a black blanket with a big red Bow. Subsequently when I had issues that needed addressing he managed his staff and service department to handle everything swiftly and with professional guidance.
