I want to share my experience and gratitude to Frank Sorensen, the manager of Midlothian BMW. Frank helped me purchase my x5 hybrid. He had the car draped in a black blanket with a big red Bow. Subsequently when I had issues that needed addressing he managed his staff and service department to handle everything swiftly and with professional guidance. Great service advisor.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for service for 14 years. My service advisor, Jeff Yurcaba, is always great at keeping me informed throughout the service process. He is smart, friendly and I feel he is looking out for my bests interests. Let’s face it, service and repair on these cars isn’t cheap, but I feel I get great value for money, and I can trust Jeff’s honesty- never feel gouged like you might suspect from a big dealership.

The customer service at Richmond BMW Midlothian is absolutely outstanding! Alexander and Austin have extensive and impressive knowledge regarding the BMW X5.
