Excellent experience with my salesperson Henry Reynolds and finance manager Victor. I live 2 hours from Koons Toyota Annapolis and wanted to get a deal together before making the drive. Henry and the team did this effortlessly (and speedy) via text and email, and we had everything ironed out. They made the buying process easy, fast, and honestly relaxed. The dealership as a whole is super professional is miles ahead of competitors is their "straight to business" approach. I never felt like I was being jerked around, and negotiations were smooth and respectful. I highly recommend you call and ask for Henry in sales. He's been with Koon's 11+ years and it shows with how smooth and easy he is to work with. 10/10.

Where do I begin… from the time I reached out to the time we drove away everyone was simply incredible. We had the pleasure of working with Jo and she was fantastic. We showed up at the dealership to look at the Land Cruiser and drove away in a Sequoia. The director of finance made us feel comfortable with the entire process and worked his tail off to get us the best deal possible. After being a Volvo family for 15 years Koons has now made us a loyal Toyota family. THANK YOU!
