I had been set on a Toyota Corolla Cross S, and Brandon Boggs was the first person to let me know these cars are hard to find. I actually went somewhere else and their answer was “we can get you in a different car if you’d settle for something else”. Brandon explained the time for the car to get to the dealer, and at any point disregarded the fact that this was the car I really wanted an never offered to simply put me in any vehicle to just make a sale. When I went in to see the car, Brandon explained all the gadgets, and the process. I made him aware during the test drive that I planned on taking that car since before even coming in, and at any point I felt like I wouldn’t be able to. Not only Brandon, but also the management and financing team were very supportive and helpful through the whole process. Chris Zook did a great job communicating with us and helping us buy a used Honda Odyssey that had been traded in. He sent a video and carfax of the van the day before our appointment, answered all our questions, had it ready when we arrived, and filled the tank before we left. His experience shows. My wife and I worked with Josann Edwards to get our 2026 RAV4 Limited. We were first going to get a 2025, but last minute changed our minds and decided to wait for the 2026. Jo was very patient with our indecision and a pleasure to work with. We actually had a deposit on a 2025 and she kept us informed of its build and delivery status right up until we decided to wait on a 2026. Again, she was very patient and kept us informed along the build and delivery process. Closing was pretty painless. The finance process (not with Jo, as she handles the sales side) was a bit slow, but thorough and complete. All. In all, was a very positive experience.
