This is a big dealership compared to other CDJR locations and they have a huge inventory to choose from. I highly recommend asking for Leo, if you’re looking for a vehicle. I’ve dealt with a lot of salesmen, but he has definitely been the most helpful. He just did so much for us and didn’t pressure us.

My salesman Jose Rodriguez was amazing. He treated me like family and made this car buying experience a memorable one. I tell anyone who asks about my car, about Jose. He made sure I was happy with my purchase and kept in contact with me the entire time after making my purchase. He and the finance manager Larry Brooks make a really great team. If you are going to purchase from Koons Baltimore, make sure to ask for Jose and try to get Larry to close out that purchase for you.
