The salesperson, Michelle McBride, was exceptional. She answered our questions about the car and she was friendly, courteous, and professional. She became more of a friend and not just someone trying to sell a car. A shout out to the finance department. We were able to discuss the extended warranty program, and there was no pressure to buy it. Also, thank to the sales manager for agreeing to honor the $500.00 discount even though I was unable to use ID.me. I would definitely buy another car from Koons Ford.

Update I want to thank Keith from recall department for taking my call and scheduling my appointment for recall. Bob bell in Glen Burnie lied and said all recalls on back orders because they don’t feel like doing recalls.. I call koons and my appointment is set for Thursday thanks.
