This is a big dealership compared to other CDJR locations and they have a huge inventory to choose from. I highly recommend asking for Leo, if you’re looking for a vehicle. I’ve dealt with a lot of salesmen, but he has definitely been the most helpful. He just did so much for us and didn’t pressure us.

Tim handled our interaction with total professionalism. We ultimately weren’t able to reach a deal, but that was due to structure and budget priorities not the process or the people. Tim was respectful, transparent when asked direct questions, and never applied pressure tactics or games, which I genuinely appreciated in an industry where that’s not always the norm. He listened, communicated clearly, and treated the conversation like a partner, not a transaction. When the numbers didn’t line up for me, Tim stayed composed and courteous, and we ended on mutual respect. If business brings me back in the future, I’d be happy to work with him again. With Ray McLaughlin as my salesman, my recent purchase was straightforward and stress free. The sales price was already lower than less desirable comps at other dealerships (e.g. more miles, more owners more work to recondition) and I received very close what I hoped to get for my trade-in.
