I traveled from Michigan all the way to Koons to purchase a 2022 F150 Lightning, and it was worth every mile. Having purchased a vehicle from a distance before at a different dealer, I'm aware of how nerve-wracking and frustrating the buying process can be. This time was completely different. I had the pleasure to work with Javon at Koons and he handled the entire process perfectly. He sent me a detailed video of the truck beforehand and answered all my questions about price, features, condition, etc. very quickly over the phone. When I finally arrived, the car was exactly as he described it. Honest pricing, no games, and the smoothest purchase experience I’ve ever had. I cannot speak of Javon more highly and if you’re looking to buy, even from far away, he’s your guy!

My recent experience at Koons was excellent. I called on a Thursday morning regarding my check engine light coming on. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Anisha went above and beyond with having the issue addressed and fixed and was on my way back home by 10:30am. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. She is an exceptional asset to the Koons team.

I did not get the service I expected. Maybe it was a communication issue. The person who checked me in was not the person who checked me out. I wanted to get the EV multi service that was advertised on the webpage but when I got home I discovered that the only thing they did was rotate the tires! There was no battery inspection, no multi point inspection, no fluid checks etc. I really wanted to get my EV thoroughly checked out before my warranty expired. Very disappointed. To Update, I got a quick response with an offer to return the car and get the service that I had hoped for. To be fair, I think the issue started with a confusing "coupon" meant for several Baltimore area dealers and the list of service items did not match the local service policy. I hope to get his resolved in a follow on visit. My prior experience with Koons in Clarksville was great so I think was just a fluke.
