On 3/10/26 After needing a AAA tow, Great job in every way! The Koons Ford FC service department is totally different now. My 2015 is back on the road! Will Smith is a really good advisor. Got the most out of that 11 yo water pump😃. Back again on 5/19/26 for a transmission fluid replacement. Wish they would invite me into the bay to show me or at least take a pic of the old fluid instead of just telling me about it being dirty.

Great team, great service and quality work

Really lovely experience buying a used car here. Daniel is super sweet, and was very helpful from the first call, through the test drive, to driving off the lot several hours later. We were going to head to Fitzgerald in Rockville today to buy a car we had seen advertised there for the past couple of weeks, and when we called this morning they "couldn't find" it, so we went back to the drawing board and found a good candidate a little further away at Koons. Ramon was also really helpful and kind when we signed all of our paperwork. They gave us a fair trade-in for the 25 yr old car that we drove over there. Couldn't have been a better experience from beginning to end.
