Here’s the backstory: Following a major service milestone at Leith Mercedes in Raleigh, we experienced a DEF system failure in our diesel sedan during a trip to Maryland. With restarts limited, we could not delay service upon returning to Raleigh. So, we contacted Koons Mercedes-Benz in Catonsville, explained our situation, and they scheduled us for service early the next business day. Service advisor Christopher Shall immediately arranged complete diagnostics, identified two issues, and ordered the necessary parts.
