He went out of his way to provide us with the best service possible. While the car I got was a little bit more expensive than what I was looking to spend but from my perspective it’s worth it. My husband and I travelled 4.5 hours to this dealership because they had exactly what we were looking for in our budget. When I called initially, the vehicle was not yet at the dealership and there were no interior pictures. Alonzo was our salesman and sent me a few videos of the vehicle once it had arrived so that we could head up there the next morning. He was very helpful and upfront with us leading up to the purchase and I recommend him as a salesman to anyone that chooses this dealership. One thing that we were not prepared for (and still don’t really understand, even after having it explained) is that though we brought a check from our bank, we still had to be approved through Koons, otherwise we would’ve had to wait until our check cleared to come back and get the vehicle. We were told this process was implemented when the dealership changed hands a few years ago. Although we were aggravated with that portion of the financial part, Ashley was helpful with setting us up with an even better rate than our bank, along with an extended warranty. All that said - love my new to me 2024 Ford Expedition Max!
