Typically going through a typical dealer is a rough and time consuming process but Matt made it go absolutely perfectly. Friendly, attentive, and with great attention to detail. Got the car prepared for my arrival the next morning, was ready for the test drive and answering questions and the deal was done. Then, while waiting, I got visited by Raychelle Brooks, a client relationship manger, who got me hooked up with all of the information and services available and made sure the process was going well.
