I wanted to come back and update my review after GMC Koons made things right. After my purchase of a 2026 GMC Yukon, there were a few items that needed to be addressed, specifically the Denali emblems and promised accessories. To their credit, the team followed through and corrected everything, even ensuring the proper emblems were installed with care during detailing. I truly appreciate a dealership that stands on their word and takes the time to make things right after the sale. That level of follow-through matters, especially on a luxury vehicle purchase.
