Excellent service

I was visiting from out of state when my Chevy Bolt EV failed to charge. I called Koons on a Saturday, in a panic, and was given their earliest available appointment, that Monday at noon. The attentive service department took care of the problem, discovering I had missed a recent “programming” recall by Chevy. In just a few hours, my reprogrammed car was returned to me — free of charge! Did I mention I had a five-year-old in tow during the wait? I’d recommend Koons in a heartbeat!

My entire experience from start to finished was handled by John. He was a great service advisor and kept me apprised of my repairs from start to finished. John advised me of the recommended repairs based on my vehicle and mileage level. I would recommend this dealership and John as a go to for service.
