Most recently, I brought my car in for a persistent rattling noise that turned out to be far more difficult to diagnose than expected. What stood out most was the amount of time, effort, and team coordination their service department put into figuring it out. It ultimately ended up being a misaligned door, but getting there took real persistence and a willingness to keep working the problem until it was right. This was not a quick or simple process. It took multiple attempts and a thoughtful, methodical approach. Throughout it all, the communication was excellent. I was kept informed, expectations were clear, and I always felt like they were fully engaged in getting to the root of the issue. I’ve now had the car back for a few weeks, and the problem appears to be fully resolved. That level of follow through and care is what keeps me coming back. I would absolutely continue working with them and recommend them to others.

I had a hard top installed on my wrangler here. Bought it with my new wrangler. There was some issues through sales but it got resolved with a painted hardtop, they did a very good job on the paint in house, that's kinda rare (I've been a mechanic for 18 years, dealerships usually outsource this for cheap). The big thumbs up is for the mechanic who installed it. This was a few months ago. There's been a few rain/snow storms since, not a drop of water, functions as it should. I can tell he put effort into having it aligned correctly, gaps look even all around, the attention to detail is there. It's hard to find people in this business to keep that attention for all jobs, big paying or small. I wouldn't hesitate to take my jeep there to get serviced.
