Great experience at Koons Westminster Toyota. Every time I come here, it’s always a smooth process. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with them. Kyle Smith (Sales) was very knowledgeable and made everything quick and easy from start to finish. Jason Pandoli (New Cars Manager) and Cecil Khan (Finance Manager) were also very helpful and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Started having trouble with my corolla SE 2020. It was just almost paid off but I. Decided to take it in and trade it for a 2026 corolla L.E. Joanne Virgillio worked with financing, making sure they had the car I wanted, monthly payments and we reached a point where, both of us were pretty satisfied and made a deal. Then cecil khan came into the picture and helped me finish the process. About time he factored in the full coverage It really jacked up the price. He can see it on my face I wasn't happy about it. But he moved a bunch of things and got it back down to where it was in the first place. I walked out of there. With a brand new car feeling pretty satisfied. They worked with me, got me what I wanted. I would recommend working with Joanne and cecil any day.

Say what you want about car dealerships, I felt no pressure and no real haggling issues. The first and only number I stated to them, they agreed, I have my first new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited in Ruby Red Pearl. I especially want to shout out Katie Crook who did a wonderful job of going over the tech and the test driving. She is wonderful. Also, Jeremy Voelkel, the finance manager, took his time and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Thank you all for a great experience!
