JC is a great sales person had a great experience buying a car at Koons Buick GMC!!

This is a little late, but I wanted to shout out the sales team at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. In August 2024, I purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir and JC was may sales person. A deer took out my baby (Encore) out in March of this year. I was upset and the insurance co only gave me 3 days to find a new car. Called up JC and he and Tony (sales manager) found me an awesome 2026 replacement with all of the bells and whistles of my 2024. They even traveled that day in the rain and snow (yes snow in March) to pickup it up at another location. When I say they worked hard to get what I wanted, Koons has an awesome team. Thank you JC! Thank you Tony! This is the only dealership for me!

Just had service for a check engine light completed. Driving home it came back on. Took it back. They resolved the issue for free and delivered the Yukon to my house. This is a truly caring and dedicated service staff. The service staff was friendly and competent. They got my car in service when requested and completed as promised.
