My maintenance experience was great and very fast. My advisor Nataly was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful and my salesperson named Nazish really helped me with my new car and the finance person was great also. Overall wonderful experience with everyone.

Koons diagnosed the problem with my front camera in just a few hours and had the repair done the same day. They also diagnosed my AC issues but found none and didn't charge me a fee. Andrew is a great face to the diesel owners and he has a strong team of technicians. Much better customer service and technician support than Purvis Ford in Fredericksburg where I brought the truck in 3 times and Purvis never found time to fix the front camera. Horrible.

Nataly was the intake Service advisor of my 2018 Ford Explorer. She was quick efficient looked up the necessary codes and let me know what else wad needed for my vehicle and then handed me off to Terrell since he was busy when I arrived .Terrell, was in constant communication with me about my vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the issues about my recalls. He also got me a ride from the dealership to my home and also from home to dealership. Koons Ford Woodbridge does right by there customers. They even washed it prior to me coming to me coming back.
