Koons Falls Church Ford

Koons Ford is a great place to buy a Bronco. The sales guy was super knowledgeable. The part where you have sit with the finance guy to actually sign all the paperwork was so much better than experiences at other dealers. I would definitely return to Koons Ford.

Truly a great and predictable experience. Pre-negotiated the price. No gimmicks or bait and switch. They delivered exactly as promised and the entire experience at the dealer was just north of 1 hour. Which may be the most expedient service I have ever experienced in 30 years of car purchasing. Very aggressive pricing and overall highly competent execution.

Elvis took great care of my truck. Will be coming back for my next service

Outstanding Service. There was a recall on my vehicle, and an Agent contacted me, explained the recall and offered to pick up and drop off my vehicle. While the vehicle was there, my state inspection was expired, and they replaced my sticker without a charge. Excellent service from the agent to the service to the concierge service.

Great experience from start to finish! I worked with Andreas, who was responsive to my emails and took the time to answer all of my questions about my car in person. I especially appreciated that the diagnostic inspection was video recorded, which made it easy to see and understand exactly what repairs were needed. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future service.

Excellent and timely service. Andreas was attentive to my concerns and provided professional service. Thank You
