On 3/10/26 After needing a AAA tow, Great job in every way! The Koons Ford FC service department is totally different now. My 2015 is back on the road! Will Smith is a really good advisor. Got the most out of that 11 yo water pump😃. Back again on 5/19/26 for a transmission fluid replacement. Wish they would invite me into the bay to show me or at least take a pic of the old fluid instead of just telling me about it being dirty.

Great place and very friendly, very good vibes from staff very knowledgeable about my car which is the reason I keep coming back, cares about my car and my pocket, always serive with a smile.

Nice vehicles over there, they are rated highly for a dealer. If you want a new or used Ford, that seems to be the place to go.

Koons Ford service was first rate from start to finish. I managed to get a same day Saturday appointment and to wait at the dealership while the work was done. From the first call, to the service desk, to receiving my keys and being walked to my car at pick-up the service was customer focussed, attentive and professional. I was especially impressed by the service advisor, Robert Ryan’s and his professionalism and desire to make the service experience as pleasant and stress free as possible.
