★★★★★Great service by Mr. David Burnell, Koons' Service Advisor. Would definitely come back to this dealership for service, and even would look to buy a car there in the future, all based on this one interaction with Mr. Burnell. I came to the Koons service department a few weeks ago with an AC problem in my recently purchased used 2023 Jeep. Actually, I wasn't expecting much from the service department, as I was already turned away from another Jeep dealership nearby. The other dealership told me they couldn't help me, but didn't even run any tests on the AC, which was blowing warm air. My warranty was about to run out and I was concerned that I'd be stuck with a huge repair bill come next summer. I was so fed up with the other dealership's service that going to Koons was my last attempt, and would have definitely sold my 2-year old Jeep in frustration. I was definitely surprised when the Koons Service Advisor David Burnell went out of his way to find the root of the problem. Don't know why he didn't turn me away just like the other dealership, but I'm very thankful. Koons took the vehicle and ran full diagnostics on the AC and actually found the problem, and subsequently replaced the faulty part under my car's warranty. If it wasn't for Koons and Mr. Burnell, I would have sold my 2-year old Jeep and would have never bought another Jeep again. I still have faith in Jeep based on my experience in Koons. Thanks guys.
