My husband and I just stopped in to look at a truck and Lynelle was very attentive and listened to both of our wish list. She pulled up 4 different trucks for us to look over. Lynelle was very knowledgeable of the Chevy truck and was able to differentiate the models. She pointed out the options that we had mentioned we would like. On our test drive she was very knowledgeable of the control panel and pointed out different features. Sydney the manager made sure we were happy. Shane the business man wasn't pushy to add all the extras. Over all our buying a vehicle experience for which can be stressful but Lynelle made it very smooth and uneventful and nonstressful. She even put our tags on in the pouring down pour rain.
