My 75-year-old mother has had the worst experience here. Messing up the registration, not paying the promised $500 toward the installation of her battery charger (which took many weeks longer than promised) and just poor communication throughout the process. UPDATE: 11/24/25 - The manager, Matt, reached out to my mom and I to apologize and make some good faith efforts to improve the bad taste in our mouths. She received the $500 and they're doing a couple of free detailed cleanings. Efforts appreciated and my review is moving from 1 start to 4 stars.
