Ibaa was a lovely salesperson to deal with. We met with her several times and each time she was patient and kind, and did her best to accommodate our wants and needs. I appreciate when salespeople are genuine and not annoying, and she has a great smile! Michael Ko also made purchasing easy. He was very helpful and friendly.

Muhammad Khan is a super star! My husband called to see if a Toyota Camry was on the lot and Muhammad took the time to check and hold the keys for us until we arrived. He was very responsive on the phone and answered all of our questions. He walked us through the process every step of the way and we are very pleased with his service and the service of Koons Tysons Toyota. They were very efficient and caring of our needs. I recently visited the Koons Tysons Toyota showroom. I was greeted by Jason Harvey. I told him I was not ready to buy anything and was trying to educate myself on available options. Jason was fantastic. He asked me what I had in mind and then walked through the lot with me and patiently showed me all the Toyota models that met my criteria. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each model. He truly is an expert in every Toyota model and pointed out considerations that had not even occurred to me but were very relevant. He is hands-on, engaged, does not push you to make a decision and above all, he knows his cars and he guided me through my decision. He also helped me evaluate each model against other manufacturers that offered similar models. I left that day thinking about everything I had learned and returned the following day, after visiting other dealerships and not having a similar positive experience, to test drive a few models. I was surprised how quickly had grown to trust Jason, his judgement, and advice. I ended up purchasing a car from him on the second day. I have bought five cars in my lifetime, the last one from this dealership, and I must admit this purchase has been the most educational and pleasant experience. Thank you Jason - you truly are an expert and a great person and I love my Crown Signia Limited AWD.
