I learned that I would be living in the U.S. on an overseas assignment and wanted to get a car so I could explore and travel to many different places. One of the things that attracted me to Koons was the maintenance package and the support they provide even after the purchase. Since I don’t have much knowledge about cars, knowing that they could help take care of things like oil changes and tire maintenance gave me great peace of mind. I purchased a used car, but it was in such excellent condition that it felt almost brand new. I was very impressed with the quality of the vehicle. And to any Japanese people moving to the DC area: buying a car in the U.S. can feel a little intimidating, especially when you’ve just arrived from Japan, but you’re in good hands here.
